Sega Teases a Dreamcast Mini! Is this Heaven?

Long ago, The Old Gods crafted and fine tuned one of the greatest game consoles of all time. This system was so special, it was released on an incredible special day in North America, 9/9/99. This system was called the Sega Dreamcast and it was loved by many. It’s catalogue was filled with much variety. Some featured new takes on old franchises, like Sonic Adventure and Phantasy Star Online. Incredible sports game, like NBA and NFL 2k. The Dreamcast even had some wildly original games like Seaman, Crazy Taxi, and Space Channel 5. Some would even argue the Dreamcast was ahead of its time since it featured online capabilities. Unfortunately, the Dreamcast was considered too perfect and The Old Gods had to take it away. Good thing is, The Old Gods Sega looks to recapture a bit of that magic.

First Impressions | Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory Demo

Publisher/Developer: Square Enix

Platform: Nintendo Switch

Ever since the first Kingdom Hearts game, I have always been a big fan. The mash up of Square Enix and Disney characters is such a unique concept that always kept me intrigued. Despite the number of spinoffs and the convoluted story, my fandom stayed mostly intact. Coming off of Kingdom Hearts 3, which was fun, but could have been better, I was wondering where Square would take the KH universe next. Fast forward to the year 2020 and the answer is a new rhythm game.

NOT Your Game of the Year List – 2019

Welcome to my NOT Your Game of the Year List! Unlike your usual “Game of the Year List,” everything is made up and the points don’t matter, this list does not feature your typical gaming categories. The winners may not have actually released in the year mentioned either. Kudos to my homie Charles aka Profex for coming up with this idea. Without further ado, I present to you my 2019 NOT Your Game of the Year list.

I WISH MORE OF YOU PLAYED THIS – GAME OF THE YEAR |

I honestly did not pick this up until December of last year, immediately following The Game Awards, and I’m glad I did. The story is interesting, the atmosphere is eerie and the art direction is captivating. This is a supernatural adventure that is worth experiencing.

E3 2018 has officially come to a close. It smacked us right in the face with plenty of new game announcements, game previews, some solid press conferences, and some not so solid press conferences. *cough cough* Square Enix *cough cough* Now begins the hard part of waiting for these new games to actually release to the public! Wild West Online Showcases it’s First Gameplay Video

thegeekdojo.net

WWO’s producer, Stephan Bugaj, recently uploaded a video showing off just how the game will work. The in-game video features some of the game’s locations, how the bounty system works, as well as the combat mechanics.

The game itself looks great. It will be interesting to see how this game will stack up against Red Dead: Redemtion 2’s inevitable multiplayer. Either way, Wild West Online looks incredibly ambitions and I will be checking it out for sure. Check out the gameplay video below.

You can reserve a spot for the upcoming alpha play test at playwwo.com.
