CD Projekt Red released a teaser trailer for the upcoming DLC pack for The Witcher 3 as well as a release date.
If you did not buy the expansion pass, the Blood and Wine expansion will cost $19.99. $17.99 if you pre-order now. That promotion ends on the 30th.

Cd Projekt Red just released the first 2 screenshots for the final Witcher 3 expansion, Blood and Wine. The second paid expansion will double the hours of Hearts of Stone by offering up to 20 hours of new add on content.
The screenshots are of the new Toussaint region.
